چکیده
Over the past several decades, formulation of novel nanofiber-based drug-delivery systems has been a frequent focus scientists around world. Aiming to introduce nanofibrous transdermal system treat pain, nanofiber mats buprenorphine-loaded poly (vinyl pyrrolidone) (Bup/PVP) and poly(vinyl alcohol)/poly(vinyl (Bup/PVP/PVA) were successfully fabricated by electrospinning process for drug delivery. Similarly, PVP PVP/PVA nanofibers in same conditions comparison. The viscosity electrical conductivity all solutions measured, characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force (AFM), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy contact angle analysis. showed considerable increase addition buprenorphine due polarity buprenorphine. SEM images smooth, fine porous structure without any adhesion or knot samples. analysis increased hydrophilicity wettability Bup/PVP/PVA compared Bup/PVP which can be attributed PVA. Attenuated total reflectance (ATR) FT-IR results confirmed that did not affect chemical integrity drug. For modification release rate, cross-linking was carried out using glutaraldehyde. Drug measurements high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) demonstrated exhibited better physical properties Bup/PVP. Furthermore, led an time. Thus, efficient biomaterial patches delivery against pain improving carrier retention providing controlled

متن کاملA review of the microneedles for transdermal drug delivery
Microneedles consist of micron-sized projections similar to needles. They are capable of piercing through the stratum corneum and increase the permeation of active ingredients. Besides active pharmaceutical ingredients, microneedles can also deliver cosmetic agents, biotherapeutics like insulin and vaccines and also are used in diagnostic purposes. This article examines the types of microneedle...
متن کاملA Review on Current Status and Future Potential of Transdermal Patches as a Promising Drug Delivery System
Transdermal patches are now widely used in topical and transdermal drug delivery systems (TDDS). Up to now, TDDS has been used in several conditions, such as smoking cessation, analgesic effect, nausea, contraception, and hormone therapy. Basically, there are two types of transdermal patches: the reservoir-type patches and the matrix-type patches. First generation TDDS were designed for deliver...
